Specifications

STRUCTURE

Construction will be of RCC frame with standard brick walls.

DOORS

All internal doors shall be with 25mm thick commercial flush doors and Main door shall be with 35mm thick commercial flush doors with aluminium / steel fittings. Frames are of hardwood frame finished with enamel paint. Toilets will have PVC doors.

FLOORING

600mmx600mm Vitrified Tiles in Bed Rooms & Living Room and 300mmx300mm Ceramic tiles in Kitchen, Toilets & Balcony. Stair & Lift Lobby will have Marble flooring and Lift fascia with Marble cladding.

FINISHING

Fully glazed composite steel windows with steel fittings. Septic tank External plastered surface shall be painted with cement based paint and internal finishing will be with POP and a coat of primer.

Fully glazed composite steel windows with steel fittings.

TOILET

One white EWC with PVC cistern and PVC Health Faucet & one white porcelain basin. All pipes will be of PVC & fittings will be of chromium plated. Toilet walls will have coloured glazed tiles up to lintel level all around. Master Toilet will have provision for hot water with one Geyser point & with one exposed CP Mixer in shower area.

ELECTRICALS

  • All rooms will have concealed wiring. All wirings will be of copper conductors of standard make.
  • All bedroom will have two light points, one fan point & two 5Amp plug points.
  • Master bed room will have one additional 15Amp plug point for AC.
  • Kitchen will have one light point, one chimney point with plug, one exhaust fan point, one 5Amp Plug point and one 15Amp plug point for Microwave oven.
  • All toilets will have one light point, one exhaust fan point, one 5Amp plug point.
  • The Master toilet will have one additional light point above basin mirror location and one 15Amp plug point for Geyser.
    Living room will have two light points, two fan points, one 5Amp plug point.
  • In addition there will be three plug points near the TV location (one for TV, one for Set top box and one for Fibre optic data cable connection for high speed wifi. Plus in suitable location: One 5Amp plug point for washing m/c and one 5Amp plug point for refrigerator.
